Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of fragrance products and the limited nature of our releases, Jawaar operates a strict returns policy.
No Returns on Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used fragrances.
Unopened Returns
Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is returned in its original packaging and condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
