An entrepreneur stands in a glass-walled skyscraper above the city. She turns and asks a question in Arabic that sets everything in motion: Where is the jewel? The question is not rhetorical. It is a standard. A mission. A challenge with no easy answer — because what she is looking for does not yet exist in a bottle.
Fragrance is not bought.
It is discovered.
Chapter Two
The Discovery.
They return. A leather briefcase is placed on the table. It opens slowly. Bathed in a pool of golden light, the Jawaar d'Arabia bottle sits — presented not as a product, but as a discovery. As a treasure found after a long search. The first jewel.
